As we’ve seen, STRESS is a very common feeling that most people experience throughout their lives. But experiencing stress too frequently, or having difficulty overcoming some significant stress from previous life circumstances, can begin to take a toll on your body and mind.

With the use of Essential Oils, it is possible to manage all these symptoms and to restore the body and mind to a state of calm, even in the midst of stress.

Experiment with the Essential Oils listed in this class. Feel free to mix up your own roller bottle blends, diffuser blends, or even add a few drops of oil to some Epsom salts and soak in the tub for a while. With a little bit of trial and error, you are sure to find the perfect blend to restore peace to your heart.
